The Trade Pharma Giveback
Here’s our mission: helping pharma & healthcare organizations not only to transform digitally but also to work towards the common good. We’ve designed Trade Pharma Network to bring out the best in people, while giving society a push for the better.
3% of all profits realised by the Trade Pharma Network will be reserved for charitable giving. Indeed, we believe we have a social responsibility to redistribute to the less fortunate, particularly where a profitable outcome has been achieved on pharma transactions. Charitable giving is therefore built into the Trade Pharma return model.
Our founders are non-profit believers and are already involved in various charitable giving through their founded in 2017, Mendez Sainkoudje initiative (MSi) and on the top of that have set up The Tech Pharma Foundation (The Foundation) as an independent charitable trust, accordingly.
Technology & pharma both have a role to play in philanthropy.
Founded in early 2019,The Foundation is an independent entity that will decide on charitable giving amongst other activities, at a global level.
The Foundation is a non-profit, charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, focused on enabling transparent & safe trade of medicines as well as on fighting against counterfeit drugs. The Foundation strives towards help building transparency & trust to empower the whole supply chain from manufacturing to dispensing. Thus, The Foundation serves the users of Trade Pharma Network and efforts to strengthen & nurture the Trade Pharma community are ones of their the top priorities.
The Foundation is committed to supporting other organizations, small and large, that engage and expand the Pharma Tech ecosystem. They also support other non-profit & governmental organizations by means of science, technology, and global compliance all with the purpose of benefiting public health and the patient.
Indeed, The Foundation aim to seed innovative projects that have measurable impact on the Pharma Tech ecosystem. As such, we actively identify educational and research institutions, Tech Pharma developers, and enthusiasts from all over the world as they work to advance the project. The Foundation is particularly interested in providing seed funding to help launch new projects. Although we will consider any proposal that may benefit the ecosystem, they are initially targeting a couple key areas for grantmaking only.
And finally, the Foundation intend to donate wisely and safely to causes they care about and to other non-profit groups after making sure that they truly understand the type of organization that they are giving to and verify that they are a serious and legitimate non-profits.
